We stand behind our products with
this limited parts warranty provided
by Economy Tractor and Mini-Trucks.
Replacement parts on the following items
are covered for ninety (90) days from
the date of sale of the Japanese Tractor
to retail customers:

- Transmissions
- Electrical
System

- Hydraulic
Lift
- Cooling System
- Clutch

Terms of Warranty:
- Economy Tractor and Mini-Truck
will provide replacement parts
on the above items only. Brakes
and batteries are not covered.
Parts damaged due to neglect,
abuse or weather (including
freeze damage) are not covered.
- Economy Tractor and Mini-Truck
may choose either new, used
or rebuilt parts. All broken
parts must be returned to Vina
Tractor Co.
- This warranty does not cover
labor. Vina Tractor Co. will
not be responsible for performing
any labor or the cost of labor.
- Warranty is valid for ninety
(90) days after date of sale
to retail customer. Dealer
must sell tractors within three
months of purchase in order
to pass warranty on to the
retail customer. Warranty is
void six months after the date
of sale to dealers.
- Dealer must return completed
warranty within 10 days of
sale in order for warranty
to be valid.
- Warranty will be void if
this document is altered, and
any court cost due to the document
alteration will be at the customer's
expense.
- All warranty claims must
go through the dealer where
the tractor was purchased.
Do not contact Vina Tractor
Co. directly.
- Any part that is still in
working order will not be replaced
whether it is used or not.
- Warranty will be void if
dealer disassembles any part
of the tractor before notifying
Vina Tractor Co.

Japanese Tractors
Reconditioning Description:
The condition of the imported Japanese
tractors is as follows:
 The overall
reconditioning is up to a 95% standard,
which includes, but not limited to
(new pistons, cylinders, rings, and
bearings if necessary), new head gasket,
new or rebuilt pumps, new air filter,
new fuel filters and new oil filters. - The cylinder head has been reconditioned.
- The clutch and throw-out bearing
are new or reconditioned.
- The transmission
is in good working condition.
- Hydraulic
filter is new, or used, or if metal,
it has been cleaned.
- The front axel
of the four-wheel drive tractors
have been cleaned and repaired.
- The
tractor electrical system is working
and the charging system is putting
out the required voltage to charge
the tractor battery.
- The belts and
hoses are at 95% good condition or
replaced.
- Tires in the front and
rear are new or used but without
cracks or being worn.
- The tractor
seat is new or recovered.
- The paint
and stickers are new.
Mini-Trucks
The mini-truck will be verified
by VIN number to confirm it is the
same one as originally selected.
